"Creator" - Users who upload and sell 3D assets
"Buyer" - Users who purchase or download 3D assets
"Content" - 3D models, textures, materials, and related digital assets
"AI Services" - ComfyUI integration and other AI-powered features

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

2.2 Account Responsibilities

Keep your password confidential
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
You are liable for all activities under your account

3. Content Guidelines

3.1 Creator Responsibilities

You must own or have rights to all uploaded content
Content must not infringe on third-party intellectual property
Accurate descriptions and metadata must be provided
Content must meet our technical quality standards

3.2 Prohibited Content

Copyrighted material without authorization
Malicious code or harmful components
Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material
Misleading or fraudulent content

4. Licensing and Usage Rights

4.1 Standard License

Unless otherwise specified, all assets are provided under our Standard License which includes:

Worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights
Use in personal and commercial projects
Modification and adaptation rights
No redistribution or resale of original assets

4.2 Extended License

Available for purchase, providing additional rights including:

Use in products for resale
Unlimited project usage
Team and enterprise deployment

5. AI Services and Processing

5.1 ComfyUI Integration

AI-generated content must comply with ethical guidelines
You retain rights to AI-enhanced assets you create
Processing may be subject to queue times and limitations
We do not guarantee specific AI output results

5.2 Translation Services

Automated translations via Google Translate API
No guarantee of translation accuracy
Users responsible for reviewing translated content

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Purchases

All prices listed in USD unless otherwise specified
Payments processed through secure third-party providers
Sales are final except as required by law
Refunds available within 30 days for defective assets

6.2 Creator Earnings

Creators receive 70% of net sales revenue
Payments processed monthly with 30-day delay
Minimum payout threshold of $50
Tax documentation required for earnings

7. Intellectual Property

All platform features, design, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.1 DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with DMCA procedures:

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties

9. Termination
